The things we do come back to us, good or bad. I remember telling my mother it was much easier to be good than bad because you don't have to worry about remembering the web of lies or the bad things that you may have done. As an adult I learned that nothing in life is easy. But the writer of Ecclesiastes says that everything is meaningless. He ends the book saying, "Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil." And so I just do my best every single day. I forgive myself for my mistakes. I make restitution where I may have caused harm, if I can. Somethings cannot be amended. So I go forward from this moment and thank God for loving me in spite of myself.
Have a wonderful day! The sun is shining. God's face shines on his children.
